6. Shipping product on
melicatessen.gr can serve customers from all over Europe. All shipments are charged with a minimum ammount of eleven (11) euros.
7. Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to return products purchased, without having to be obliged to let us know why you wish to return the goods within ten days from the date of the delivery. In this case you only charge the direct cost of returning goods (shipping costs from and tomelicatessen.gr). Returns accepted only if the items you wish to return in the same condition as received, but that they be unsealed or has violated the packaging along with the documents, evidence and retail packaging that came with the product. In case of refund, the refund will be completed within thirty days from the date of receiving the goods.
8. Product Prices
All prices shown in our catalogs include VAT 16% luxury tax. These values relate to amounts that are available in our warehouse while melicatessen.gr reserves the right to adjust prices. For some parts of Greece to which reduced rates of VAT, and if your order is made then an invoice prices are lower than indicated by the reduced VAT. For transactions with credit card payments, the monthly installment is dividing the price of the product by the number of doses you chose, without any additional interest.

All the transactions made through melicatessen.gr governed by the International and European law that regulates issues relating to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, DPR 131/2003) and by the Law on Consumer Protection (N . 2251/1994) regulating matters relating to remote sales.
